Last day of studying!

My last day before the oral test tommorrow at one of the hospitals here!!! I have no idea what they are going to ask but I know that everything I do or say is taking in consideration if the let me pass or not. Steve gives me tricky questions about Respiratory Acidosis......and I answeard right!!! so I get to have a sip of my huge chocolate drink! The way I walk, talk, clothes I wear and then of course the way I answear the questions. I just hope I can answear their questions right and not make mistakes. Any little mistake can make me fail and I don't want that I need to pass so that I can start working in one week!!!! Please keep your fingers crossed for me tomorrow !!!!

Cont. Burj Al Arab

Rainy beach1
Here comes our car in the rain! yes we have rain and lightening right now. All the plants love it and so do we, to much sun so rain is very nice!!!

Me when the conference is over, time to go home to Bella who spend the day with gramma and grampa doing ballet lesson and going to a theater playing the Gruffalo. Very popular show for kids!!! Bella loved it!

Waiting for our car...and that's not the one :)

Cont. Burj Al Arab

Pause in the conference. Lots of people are handing out their business card.
View from the second floor of the conference room, you can see the helicopter pad. During the conference we heard 3 helicopters landing on the pad. Pretty cool.

Me thinking about something.....

TV.

Steve happy about the conference. We both learned a lot specially me because I don't know so much about the challenging behaviour and how the change a behaviour. Steve took the opportunity to give out business card and connect to people.

Autism Aound the World-Conference at Burj Al Arab

Steve and I attended aautism conference at the only 6,7 star hotell in the world: Burj Al Arab.
Very exited about the day :)

Looking up from the foaje towards all the 27 levels. the elevator up to the 27 th floor made me almost throw up, it was sooo quick and quiet but the G-craft.....big. I could never be a pilot!

Water fontain looking up towards the diffrent floors.

We just passed the security and are on the way to the hotell.

Bellas new car and friends

Crazy kids, only for the photo!

We went on a garage sale and couldn't help our self from buying a car to Bella (good price!). It runs on a small batteri and need to be charged for a few hours then it runs for another few hours. The only problem is that it is very hard for a young person to drive, you need to be at least 5 years old and Bella is not. So she is now the most popular kid in the neighbourhood, older kids take turns driving around the lake and the smaller kids sit next to the driver with seat belt of course! Here she is with her favourite friend Carina 8 years old. Carina comes in and ask if Bella can play with her and her friends and then bring her back a few hours later. They run around the lakes, comes and goes in our house and in Carinsa house, they play in their room and show eachother toys, jump on eachothers trampoline, they dress Bella out with necklace, hairband, and other kids jewllery and they get a drink and a cookie when needed. They are so cute and Bella thinks she is at least 8 years old!!!
A smoke paus out on the balcony.
Around 24.00 and the aircondition makes it very hard not to cover up my beautiful dress ;)

Lots of taxis!

Grosvenor House Party for Autism

The waiter was dressed like penguins and very helpful!!! the dinner started at 20.00 with champange and nibbles, around 21.00 for starters, 22.00 for the fish dish, 23.00 for the main course (ham), 24.00 for the dessert (yummy) 01.00 for coffe and cake.... then we where tired so we went next door to the famous Budda bar :)
We had a great evening, eating good food and having a lot of fun at our table. Music was good and the auction was very entertaining!!! All donations went to Steves job at the Austism Center!!!
Famous british chef Gary.... delivered the absolutely most delicious food ever!!!! Soooo good!! The Gala dinner had a famous stand up comedy actor, a silent auction for diffrent donated holidays around the world and an opend auction for prices like: 11 Michel Jackson tickets and and own private both to see the concert!!! Gues how much that went for? If I remember something around 50 000 dirham (100 000 sv kr). Trips to Carribien buisiness class, stay in luxury hotel for 5 nights around 40 000 dirham and so on..... the donated prices was incredible.
I have never seen donations like this. Next to our table was a table of 8 friends age 45+ with a german famous person Klaasen, they bid like crazy!

Me in my new dress and high heels shoes wich you can't see because my dear husband always cut my feet of in photos....We will probably never ever be invited to a fancier party then this.... Lots of photographers from magazines so now we have to buy them to see if we are in, short period of fame :)

Bella loves higheels shoes and I don't... I can hardly walk in them and Bella walks perfectly fine in mine!? Strange!? Bella had a great time spending the evening with grammie and grandpa!

Hamas farglada "parlor"

Bella have had a lovely time playing with the pearls from HAMA she got from aunty Johanna and grandmother Kristina. She even made her own neclase with no help from mummy!! I am very impressed by her fine motor skils and she concentrate really hard while working with the pearls. I made a car for her and a clown. When the pearls are put on the pearl board they need to be ironed on so they melt and stick together!! Great fun, try it out with your little ones, I bought a little book on what to make with the pearls so the next step is to make farm animals :)
